Please Logon to HCI REDCap with Your HCI credentials (UID and password). If this is the first time you are using HCI REDCap, please use your UID and HCI account password to set up an account. The system will also ask for your name and email address. If you don't encounter any issues, your HCI REDCap account is set up. You will still need to be added to your particular REDCap project; see your REDCap contact or study coordinator to complete your project access. You may encounter an issue with this set up, if your UID is not in the HCI system (only exists in the University of Utah system). If so, please follow the steps below:
If your UID is not in the HCI system:
Please send an email to Admin Group < hciredcap@hci.utah.edu>, with your 'UID', 'first name', 'last name', 'email address', 'institution' and 'brief reason how/why you are using HCI REDCap'. An invitation email will be sent back for you to logon to HCI REDCap with your username (UID); you will be prompted to create a password. This will create your HCI REDCap account. You will still need to be added to your particular REDCap project; see your REDCap contact or study coordinator to complete your project access.
